The job of a logistical analyst is to evaluate all of the current supply chain processes and look for ways to improve them. In most cases, the most waste that a company has is located in their supply chain, which is why a logistical analyst is so important. For businesses who are losing money month after month on issues with their supply chain, an analyst can help them save that money and improve the health of their company. The logistics manager will take the evaluation that they draw up to the logistics manager, who then makes any necessary changes.
