Singing a lease is a commitment and, like any commitment, it requires intense thought and sometimes requires the need for some important questions to be answered and concerns to be brought to light. Sometimes a person has many questions for their future landlord, and that is why it is important to ask these questions prior to giving them your permanent signature.
