Most people aren?t fully aware of all the available portable trade show booths available. When they think of something that?s easy to put up and take down, they typically think of tabletop versions, but there are many others. The three primary options include tabletop versions, self-supporting displays and kiosk versions of the movable display. Knowing about the different options may help you make a decision, based on your budget and goals.
Tabletop
The tabletop booth is considered the simplest and most expensive option available. Modular units are arranged in many different ways to serve almost any purpose. It is one of the most flexible exhibit options because the elements you place on the table can be added, removed and rearranged. No matter how much or how little space you have, you?ll be able to accommodate anything, making it much easier to set up, take down and sell your product.
This option works well if you are a new business without a lot of extra money in your budget because it?s less expensive and still flexible. However, it should be noted that no matter what you do with it, the booth won?t be as visually impressive as others.
Self-Supporting
The self-supporting display is freestanding, creating a better visual impact. These displays are typically prefabricated and are similar to pop-up displays you may have seen in other businesses or at other shows. They are typically more expensive than tabletop versions though they also make bigger impressions. There is more involved with the setup and tearing down of the booth, so it may pose small problems, especially if you have to move the booth continuously throughout the event.
Kiosk
The kiosk version of the portable trade show booths is the most elaborate and most costly. However, they typically bring in more potential clients and sales because they can be more impressive. You can customize these kiosks to include anything you want, allowing for a lot of flexibility in the design and implementation. They are typically made using lightweight frames and high-quality fabrics. The materials used can endure a lot of folding, stretching, handling and rolling, making it perfect for those that need a booth that?s also a space saver. While they are more expensive than other options, you can tone down the price by skipping on some of the accessories and other options, making it more affordable.
